Gain muscle and lose fat at the same time: Is it possible?

WARNING: What you are about to read is the answer to the 1 single question most people have. What you are about to read is all 100% true! What you are about to read is the answer to the question, can you lose fat and gain muscle at the same time? Enjoy..

This article is inspired by the many questions people e-mail to me because I have made this site. I should have answered this question’s 100 times by now. Usually questions like “How can I get the muscle and lose fat at the same time?” or “I want to lose fat but gain muscle at the same time, how can I do?” If you go to the gym and take a poll of all people is the goal, I can bet that most, if not all, will say to get the muscle and lose fat. I doubt there are people who only want to lose fat, gain muscle they want when they are in there, and visa-happen! So, what? Is it possible to lose both fat and gain muscle at the same time? No, it is not possible, and I will not tell you why that is not only possible, but I will also tell you how you can do better, not only at the same time.

To lose fat, what should you do? You must do more cardio, eat low-carb / low fat / low calorie diet, and of course, lift weights. To gain muscle, what should you do? What is little or no cardio, eat a high calorie / high carb / high fat diet, and again, lift weights. Do you see something there? That’s why the state court, they finished behind. Trying to get the muscle and lose fat at the same time will be like trying to sit down and stand at the same time. This not only can be done. This is why most people who try to do both at the same time do not see the results and observations. So, then how can it be done? How can you lose fat and gain muscle if you can not do both at once? Simple, you do not do them at the same time. You do them gradually.

I have a call I get, get the weight, size and strength to get phase “bulking up phase.” Call me and I lose fat phase “cutting up phase.” Bulking up to the stage is the stage where high-calorie diet, carbs, protein, fat and a little here and there (but only the good fats of course, not fried or chips or whatever) and I do not do cardio. This phase will run normally during the winter. Why I chose to do this step during the winter? Because here in Brooklyn, New York, United States, which during the cold winter, which will be the best time for me to wear a little fat. I am one here, as I do not become too fat to the large intestine or even something close to that, my greater. I will do this phase is usually from around October to March. During this phase my goal is to get all the strength, muscle size and that may be before the time for change phases. But then …..

But then it came time for the cutting phase, for which I usually lasts from October to March, during the hotter, spring and summer months. During this phase, I will be very low carb Feed me, my little improvement, protein, fat, and I measure (the only really comes from fish, fish oil supplements, beans and olive oil) will stay about the same. I will also start doing cardio, about 30 minutes a day, 3 days a week. Also, I will remain exactly the same weightlifting deal like this during my bulking phase. The only difference will be that I lift weights during the bulking phase will begin to decline slightly during the cutting phase. Why? Because of my weight is slightly lower, and therefore I lost some strength. My goal during this stage is to reduce bodyfat and I lost all of the fat obtained during my bulking phase, and basically they appear to get the gold again.

See how it works? Let’s say for example you 150lbs now, for bulking you can phase out all the way up to 175lbs, but then you can during the cutting phase out down to 163lbs. But, now you go back where you started, except with 13 pounds new muscle, plus now you have to strip and have a beautiful gold that appears. So now you 163lbs, repeat again through phases and you may be 170lbs at the end of the next cycle. See how it works now? Repeat stages repeated again. For more specific information about weight loss and weight gain, check the weight gain or weight loss part of the site.

After you finish reading, you may have other questions in your mind. Let’s see if I can guess is, if your confusion during the cutting phase, you will lose muscle obtained during the bulking phase. The answer is yes, you will lose some. But now you may have other questions. Why that happened, and how you can stop or at least reduce the amount of muscle and strength that you will lose? Well, you have to wait some time for others to answer, because my hands are killing me typing from now.
