Weightlifting and fitness magazines, there are 100’s, if not 1000’s … Flex, muscle & Fitness, you know them all. Well, you’ve read any of them? If so, what do you think? You may be thinking the same thing I thought after I read it for the first time back when I first started working out. I think, “wow! What a great magazine! Now I know everything I need to do to get the big guys such as on the cover of a magazine! Wow, look at this! Professional bodybuilders to give them training for the magazine I can ‘t wait to read and use the routine exactly the same as them so I can get big are they? “That’s why state court, which is basically what I thought after I read the muscle magazines & Fitness for the first time.
Do you want to know what happened? I do exercise in magazines such as “pro’s” and the guys on the cover. Do you want to know what happens next? I see a 100% profit NO, NO RESULTS, A NO! He is a total waste of my time. I do not get any bigger, I do not get any stronger, all I did not waste any more time I, 6 months, which will be appropriate.
I read 6 months and muscle & Fitness magazine and such exercise in which they, until finally I came online and find information about weightlifting and bodybuilding. After reading through a bunch of sites like mine, he came to me. I realize why I’m not what I read in a magazine that worked for me, although the magazine said that they will work and work as professionals and bodybuilders to work for the big guys on the cover of the magazine.
Simply put, all of which are in connivance, or have to, steroids. Believe it or not, correctly. I remember reading about someone’s routine where he biceps 2 times a week. Each day he will exercise different about 4, 4 set per exercise. So that a total of approximately 15 per set of bicep exercises, 2 bicep exercise a week, the same does not change the set of 30 a week for biceps. So I think beginners, who figured this is a great villain, and that he is not much, so I will too. Do you know how many sets I do my biceps for a week now? 4 set! You can believe that .. 4 set tonguelashing! 4 I do, sometimes 5, set a week for the biceps. This is what works for me, and I have seen great results from it. Interesting huh?
It is interesting. How interesting that all of the guys in the magazine set 20-30 people a week per muscle and get great musician, but I was much less then, and I see very good results from it. You see, because steroids, which allows them to set guys 20-30 per week muscles. If I do a lot, I will sooooo overtrained not even farcical. Steroids are providing “the magazine guys’ ability to recover more quickly from their training. This means they can go with so many. But our natural non-steriod use these people do not.
This is how the muscle & Fitness magazines make their money. A smart idea to tell the truth. They read magazines extinguish mainly by the non-steroid use people who filled with routine exercises and training all the information that is written by the guys on steroids. Then we come out and the natural person to use, does not see results from them and think to yourself, “too, why not this work? I can not figure it. I know what I will do, I will buy next month muscle & Fitness magazine to find out what I do wrong. “This is how the muscle & Fitness magazine they sell. And may be an additional bonus as they will put something such as “Get Huge hands of 6 weeks!” on the cover “to help sell a few more magazine, 1000. get a big arm in the 6 weeks ended routine may be something similar, with 30 sets of bicep routine I discussed earlier. I’m just waiting for this magazine really make some money and put something such as “Being 250lbs of pure, perfect muscle in only 4 minutes, using our secret, government-protected, miraculous exercise routine that brought to us by foreigners who are directly from God!” Just imagine all the magazines want to sell them to the problem! LOL …
So, the moral of this story? Fitness magazines such as muscle & Fitness he will be useless in my opinion of many. They were written for people in the steroids, by the people in steroids, but read by people who are not on steroids. I’m not saying every fitness magazine is like this, but I read is, and most of the other may be too. So, now, if you think about that for the second, you can get a better idea why I created this website. His here so that you do not need to subscribe to the waste of 6 months and 6 months of your time as I do.
