Ab machines are not the way to a slimmer waistline. These machines are seen on television everywhere these days and are most common on late night infomercials. These programs have healthy, ultra fit models showing off perfect abs claiming that they owe their great look to the product.
However, the models featured in the program may have had great looking abs before they used the product being advertised. Additionally those models may have been born with extra+lean bodies and have great looking abs regardless.
The truth about these ab machines is that they are good for doing work to strengthen ab muscles and that is all they do for you. Your muscles get worked out however they do not make your waistline shrink. The reality is that your ab muscles get stronger.
Even though you could have some strong ab muscles, it is still possible to have a large waist as well.
Ab muscles are buried below layers of fatty tissue. In order to get a thinner waistline you would have to loose fat tissue that is located on top of your stomach muscles. A good diet plan will help you get rid of that tissue in that area.
You can always make your abs super firm and strong, however at the same time you could have a lot of fat tissue sitting on your stomach that makes it impossible for your ab muscles to be visible.
The truth of the mater is that it takes a good diet to loose fat in order to obtain a slimmer waistline.
This is the “truth” which ab machine makers don’t want you to know when you’re watching their fitness models on TV. The truth is that you need to begin a diet to lose the fat which is sitting on top of your ab muscles, since only then will you get a slimmer waistline.
