Here’s a simple ab workout for females to develop sexy, feminine abs. Best part is, you can do this at home and avoid going to the gym.

1. Vacuum Pose
This is the best ab exercise you can do to lose inches off the waist. My average client loses about 1.75 inches off her waist in less than 1 month. Suck in your belly button as far as possible… like you’re sucking it into your lower back. Rest briefly and repeat.
2. Hula hoop
This is great to tone the abs and waist area. That gives you 5 different mini-workouts to boost your metabolism.
3. Ab Wheel
Those little wheel things for your abs work… and they’re not easy if you use them correctly. This creates a tremendous amount of tension and pressure on your abdominal muscles.

By far the best exercise to lose inches off your waist fast! What you do is suck in your belly button and lower abs (not your upper abs which is common).
2. Belly Rubs
Belly rubs work to burn off abs fat quickly. Then you lie down and rub small circles around your belly button for 30-45 seconds, rest, then repeat. This works because the heat in your hand penetrates through your skin and right into your belly fat cells.
Of course, some fat cells are more stubborn than others. In my opinion, this is the best ab workout for fast female fat loss and sexy abs.
